Watch a series of videos by the One Young World Ambassadors on the subject of Mental Health. The Health Plenary Session at the 2016 One Young World Summit in Ottawa focused on Mental Health. Poor mental health is one of the greatest contributors to disease worldwide. A WHO study of 90 countries identified suicide as the fourth-biggest cause of death among young males and the third for young females. Suicide causes around 1 million deaths each year in total; 150 million people live with depression. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
